We are committed to customer service. If you have received the wrong items or faulty items please contact us, we'll send the correct items out to you. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received in. The item needs to be returned within 07 days from the date of receiving the product.
We are not able to accept returns by a shade/color difference in the print. We have no control over the color settings on your computer monitor and cannot accept returns based on perceived color shading differences.
For custom printed t-shirts your acceptance of the design before the purchase is a binding agreement that you approve the print. We do not alter the design before printing. We do not provide spell checking on any custom printed designs and will not accept returns based on misspelled words.
Items sold in a clearance sales/promotion are not accepted in exchange.
No cash or cheque refunds are made under any circumstance. However, instead of cash refunds, issuing credit slips or vouchers may be considered.
